Welcome to the JustCats website, where you can purchase clothes and other products designed by us. These terms of use define the conditions under which you can use our website and products.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Use of the Website
To use this website and place orders, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the website in a lawful manner and not to misuse or interfere with its operation.
Orders
Products may be ordered through our website. Placing an order requires accurate customer information, including name, address, and payment details.
An order confirmation will be sent by email once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or availability issues.
Many of our products are printed or finished after an order is placed. As a result, minor variations may occur as part of the handmade or made-to-order production process.
Small variations in print placement, color tone, texture, or finish that do not affect the overall usability or intended appearance of the product are considered normal characteristics of made-to-order items and do not constitute a defect.
Such minor variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements. This does not affect your statutory rights in cases of faulty or significantly defective products.
Prices
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and content on the website at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
Payments
We accept payments via online bank transfer, credit card, and Klarna invoice, depending on availability.
Payment must be completed in full before the order is dispatched.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders are processed and typically dispatched once per week on Mondays.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Finland: approximately 2–4 business days
- International: delivery times vary by destination and may take up to 30 days
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout. Delivery methods vary by destination and may include Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, or UPS.
JustCats / Maximi Media is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not pay, refund, or reimburse customs duties or import taxes.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued, including shipping costs.
Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds apply only to the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, it will be considered unclaimed.
The right of cancellation and refund does not apply to unclaimed packages. No full refund will be issued for such orders.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Limitation of Liability
JustCats / Maximi Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not responsible for damages resulting from technical issues, interruptions, or maintenance.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be handled by the Helsinki District Court, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect once published on the website. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
