Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to the Just Cats website. These shipping and delivery terms outline the conditions under which Just Cats / Maximi Media processes and delivers customer orders.


Delivery Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed and typically dispatched once per week on Mondays. Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will be shipped the following Monday.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Finland: approximately 2–4 business days
  • International: delivery times vary by destination and may take up to 30 days

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by postal services, customs processing, local regulations, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. The average shipping cost for a standard delivery within Finland is 5.90 €.

Just Cats / Maximi Media is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.


Delivery Areas

We deliver orders within Finland and internationally.


Delivery Methods

Available delivery methods vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping option. We work with multiple logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

Depending on the destination, shipments are handled by Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, or UPS.


Receiving the Delivery

Deliveries are made to the pickup point associated with the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for collecting their shipment within the carrier’s stated timeframe. A third party may be authorized to collect the package on the customer’s behalf.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

All customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s authorities.

Just Cats / Maximi Media does not pay, refund, or reimburse customs fees, import taxes, or tariffs under any circumstances.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued, including shipping costs.


Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds apply only to the returned product(s) and will be issued after the return has been received and inspected.


Unclaimed Packages

If a customer fails to collect the shipment and the package is returned to us, the order will be considered unclaimed.

The right of cancellation and refund does not apply to unclaimed packages. No full refund will be issued for orders returned due to failure to collect the shipment.
