Returns & Refunds Policy

Welcome to the Just Cats website. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, the following return and refund terms apply.

Right of Return

Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price using the original payment method.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, the order will be considered unclaimed.

The right of cancellation and refund does not apply to unclaimed packages. No full refund will be issued for orders returned due to failure to collect the shipment.
