Pre-Orders

• Purchasing a pre-order means buying a product that is out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available. Payment may be collected partially or fully at checkout.
• You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
• Fulfillment Time: The time it takes to fulfill a pre-order varies depending on the product. Estimated fulfillment times are usually provided on the product page.
